TOPIC:INCUBATING THE FIRE(4)


TEXT: ACT 2:1

"And when the day of Pentecost was come, they were all together in one place"


LESSON


We must know the prayer that brings fire down if we will ignite the fire.


First is to have a burden of the things that God wants to do, the extent of it and be fully persuaded of them. We shall then carry this burden to the place of prayer.


We need to learn "kingdom prayer" which is a prayer that lays hold of the authority of the kingdom to get things done in His domain. That is why Jesus said "In his name" Mark 16:17

_And these signs will be with those who have faith in my name they will send out evil spirits; and they will make use of new languages_


What does it mean to have faith in His name? Imagine the president gives you a signed order to get certain things in the nation where he rules, will you be doubting if it will be granted? Using his name is the order to get things which he  mentioned done. You can quote this documents and command those things. As long as He rules in heaven and on earth, His name and authority vested in those names cannot be questioned. Get set to learn and taste the power of kingdom prayers.
