TOPIC: FRESH FIRE (3)


TEXT: Matt 11:2-6 (NIV)

_When John heard in prison what Christ was doing, he sent his disciples  to ask him, "Are you the one who was to come, or should we expect someone else?" Jesus replied, "Go back and report to John what you hear and see: The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is preached to the poor. Blessed is the man who does not fall away on account of me."_

LESSON


A man on fire is a man with divine result. Results are proofs of stepping into the promised land. It is the foretaste of heaven on earth. While there are carnal results, there are divine proofs of the kingdom reigning on the earth. A man on fire does not get offended when questioned, he only continue to burn until the light shines so much that even the blind could feel the heat of the brightness. Even if someone is blind, he will feel the heat generated by a burning flame. All these are divine effect which cannot be denied! It is right for you to be challenged! Don’t get offended when you are challenged, accept the challenge. 


Life will challenge your claims, people will challenge your claims, situations will challenge your claim. When you are challenged, you rather supply proofs or you swallow your claim and remodify your messages. Daniel was challenged of the efficacy of his daily prayer life and they could see that he has become a lion that cannot be touched by physical lion. Do not be deceived, anything that lack such fire will end in frustration. You must respond to challenge not by being offended but to accept the challenges and give room for the kingdom to prove itself! 


But it takes a man on fire for God to supply such proof! Many have denied faith not because they want to but they were not able to mount adequate response to life challenges when it came. They had to accept defeat by default.


Beloved, ask for the flame of his grace to burn in you. Deny flesh and give room for the incubation of the spirit because you need the fire at flame level to withstand the coming challenges else you will swallow your words.


Word of knowledge: There is someone that your grace has not accumulated to bringing you to realm of fulfillment of prophecy. You have this one year to separate yourself and let God find expression else you will submit to the philistines as a Samson who has wasted divine treasures.


PRAYER ALERT


SET ME ON FIRE OH GOD! DESTROY EVERY LOOTER OF GRACE IN ME OH GOD (1 COR 16:19,20)
